Large Russian Bank auctioned objects “Azovmash”
Real estate in Mariupol and Poltava, owned a large engineering company “Azovmash”, was put up for sale in the auction system SETS.
According to the information provided on the website to sale the room for industrial use in the Mariupol area 141 347,3 square meters and a commercial use with an area more than 6 thousand square meters. Also offered premises with an area of 56 580,5 square meters, located in Poltava. The total starting value of the property is $ 3 billion 342 million 159 thousand 753 UAH.

Information about the seller on the website is missing, however, is his address. It is noted that the property is located at Taras Shevchenko Boulevard/Pushkinskaya street, 8/26 in Kiev. It is the legal address of the Ukrainian branch of a Russian Bank with 60% of the state capital of VTB.
According to the newspaper Btnaccess, photographs indicate that real estate in Mariupol and Poltava really belong to “Azovmash”.
Recall that the State space Agency of Ukraine has exposed on auction of one of the buildings of the plant “Arsenal” in the Pechersk district of Kyiv.
