The national film Studio them.Dovzhenko claims that part of her land want to give “Transbud”, established by the Russian “Rosneft”.

According to him, 12 Dec 2017 land Commission city Council decided to allocate a plot of LLC “Transbud”.

“On Commission of the Kyiv city Council was attended by representatives of the Studio, which was strongly against the alienation of land. First, the MPs listened to the arguments of the users of the land and did not support the allocation of land, OOO “Transbud”, but after the representatives of the Studio left the meeting, the Deputy Vladislav Mikhailenko from the voices raised the issue of re-voting, and in the end the decision was made”, – stated in the message of the film Studio.

On 22 January, the draft decision should be considered at the Commission’s fuel and energy complex under the chairmanship of Vladimir Bondarenko.

At the Studio said that in 1997 an agreement was concluded between the national film Studio them..Dovzhenko and OOO “Bomond stations”. The latter was given in rent the basement and tanks for fueling vehicles that were in its ownership. This company used to buy gas, followed by infrastructure and serve the petrol station. The profit is distributed among partners. The terms of the contract between the Studio and LLC “Elite-AZS” is not provided for the transfer of ownership of property.

However, in 2005, “there is an unknown court decision (in the register of court decisions – not), about what state the basement is not public, but private”. In the future, the basement was sold several times, and in 2008 the property owner was the company “Transbud”.

“Now it gets good. The company “Transbud” delivers the documents to the city Council on the allocation of land within the area that Studio them. Dovzhenko received in 1952. OOO “Transbud” wants to get land on the basis that they have development in this area”, – noted in the Studio.

They say that the use of the state enterprise “national film Studio of feature films named Alexander Dovzhenko” there is a land plot at the address: Prospekt Pobedy 44, area – 15,9984 ha.

The Studio noted that according to information obtained through the service YouControl, LLC “Transbud” is a Cypriot company founded by Rosneft.

We will remind, at the end of 2017, the Russian oil company “Rosneft” has completed the sale of the companies, which were subordinated to its gas stations in Ukraine. Previously, the network of filling stations of “Rosneft” in Ukraine totaled 141 gas station. Also to the assets of the company consisted of the operator of the wholesale supply of petroleum products, “TNK-industries Ukraine” and the oil refinery in Luhansk region.
