The state border service of Ukraine with reference to eyewitnesses reported two civilian casualties from the firing or detonation of a passenger bus near the village Olenevka Volnovakha district of Donetsk region.

“From those which cross the boundary line, the Ukrainian border guards, it became known that in the area of the settlement Elenovka two civilians – passengers of a minibus have suffered or as a result of fire, or splinter when they are detonated an unknown explosive device”, – stated in the message.

They added that now clarified the circumstances of the incident. And the border guards had already informed representatives of international organizations.

Later, Russian media have spread false information that the shelling was carried out by military APU. At the headquarters of ATO denied the rumors.

“According to operational information, a bus with civilians was fired upon by militants of illegal armed groups ORDO. According to local residents, this time crossing the line of contact through KP, as a result of these operations one civilian was killed and one wounded”, – reported the press center of the headquarters.
