In the District administrative court of Kyiv sent the claimin which asked to oblige the National anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine to submit documents on cooperation with the FBI.
About it reported in a press-service of the court.
“The plaintiff sought to compel the NEB to provide him with certified true copies of the Memoranda of understanding which were signed between the Federal Bureau of investigation United States of America and the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office”, – stated in the message.

Also, the court reminded that consider the claim to the head of the NABOO Artem Sytnik from the Deputy Borislav Rosenblatt, and also SBU and the Prosecutor General.
“The plaintiff asked the court to recognize the illegal actions of the Director of NABU Artem Sytnik on bringing to the operational-search activities on the territory of Ukraine the FBI without prior conclusion of an international Treaty, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On international treaties”, – said in court.
