“The peacekeeping mission in Ukraine has value, but it should include the good of the country, serious quality people who will really be able to carry out the mandate, whatever it was,” – said in the message.

“If it’s UN peacekeepers, they must have a mandate that does not freeze the situation forever, as does Russia, and will aim at the implementation of the Minsk agreements”, – said the General .

“Anyone can participate in this mission of “blue helmets”. It should be a professional force that will respect all parties, and which will be able to perform a very difficult task,” said Godzhes.
