The city Council will consider the petition of the demolition of the chapel of the UOC-MP at the Museum of history in Kiev
Kiev city Council on behalf of the mayor Vitaly Klitschko will consider the issue of demolition the illegal chapel of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church Moscow Patriarchate near National history Museum of Ukraine in Kiev.
This is stated in the press service of the city Council.

Instruction was received by the permanent Commission of the Kyiv city Council on issues of urban planning, architecture and land management, the Chairman of the relevant Committee and the Executive body of the Council. The decision on review was taken after a petition was voted more than 10.5 thousand citizens.
Under the e-petition “to Solve the issue of demolition of illegal buildings-chapel UOC-of tithe monastery of the blessed virgin Mary at the National Museum of history of Ukraine” signed by 10 thousand 584 persons.

Remind, The Ministry of culture initiates a lawsuit for the illegal construction of the chapel Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate on the territory of the National Museum of history of Ukraine, near the Foundation of the tithe Church in Kiev.
