Poroshenko called for two topics which were on the phone with Putin
The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko confirmed that on 12 February I spoke by phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Concerned two main topics – regarding the exchange of hostages and placing in the Donbass UN peacekeeping mission.

“The purpose (of the conversation) consisted mainly of two parts. The first part that was made exactly three years ago, in early 2015 at the conclusion of Minsk-2. We, as the air needs peacekeepers. And the second position – we in any case can not stay in the way of the release of our hostages. I discussed the specific details – lists the specific names of those we should return the occupied territories, and those we must return from Russia”, – said Poroshenko.
The President also assured that we are doing everything possible to return Ukrainian soldiers illegally detained in prisons in the occupied territories, and journalist Roman Sushchenko, Director Oleg Sentsov, activist Oleksandr Kolchenko, Crimean Tatars – all who are on the territory of Russia.
Poroshenko did not name specific names, who should return the hostages home soon. He hopes that this can happen in February.
