Poroshenko on peacekeepers in the Donbass: Russia forced to withdraw occupation troops
Peacekeepers in the Donbass will be able to disarm the terrorists in the Donbass, to promote the withdrawal of Russian troops and solve the problem of the humanitarian disaster in the occupied territories and the line of contact.
The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said at a press conference.
“It’s not frozen phase, this is a hot war. Peacekeepers must act throughout the occupied territory. Russia will have to withdraw its occupation troops. The world will see” – said Poroshenko.
The President also added that the peacekeepers will not disarm the terrorists will take control of the uncontrolled part of the border between Ukraine and Russia and to stop the influx of troops and weapons from the aggressor in the occupied Donbass.
Poroshenko also stressed that in case of occurrence in ORDO peacekeepers, Ukraine will be able to resume humanitarian mission in the occupied territories and to eliminate the humanitarian catastrophe.
