The court of appeal refused to transfer the assets of Kurchenko’s media holding in ARMA

The court of appeal refused the transfer of assets of the media holding UMH, owned by the oligarch-fugitive, “the accountant of the family of Yanukovych,” Sergey Kurchenko, in the office of the National Agency of Ukraine on the identification, investigation and management of assets derived from corruption and other crimes (ARMA).

We will remind, in the end of 2017, the Pechersk district court of Kyiv has arrested assets of the media holding UMH.

As it is known in the UMH includes such Ukrainian publications like “Komsomolskaya Pravda in Ukraine”, “Correspondent”, “Arguments and facts”, Forbes, Vogue, resources, and the radio station “Retro” NRJ, “Autoradio” and so on.
