The NAB conducted a search in the Shevchenko district court of Kiev

Detectives of the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine conducted a search in the personal office of the judge of Shevchenkovsky district court of Kiev. This information was confirmed in an official statement of the court and in the anti-corruption body.

Investigators complied with the decision of Solomensky court of the capital issued in the investigation of cases concerning Declaration of false information. Detectives have been granted permission to withdraw in the case of finding certain items, but the court noted that the employees of the NABU was taken from the judge’s chambers that was not specified in the licensing document.

Videodom, Deputy head of the State migration service of the Dina Emahool searched NABOO

A search in the Deputy head of the State migration service. In the house of Dina Emahool it’s National anti-corruption Bureau. In November last year it was accused of involvement in a criminal group, which includes officials of the migration service. They allegedly systematically demanded money for granting foreigners citizenship of Ukraine. Then Pinachevo provoked a loud confrontation between the Prosecutor General’s office and the National anti-corruption Bureau.

The Bureau explained that it had carried out investigative actions simultaneously to the addresses of residence and employment of the person involved in criminal proceedings and confiscated property judges, which is not reflected in its Declaration. “During the searches, detectives NAB the seized items and documents that have the status of temporarily seized property, whose fate will be determined in the manner specified by the legislation”, – explained in NABOO.
