The GPU sent to the Commission of prosecutors of the complaint to the head of SAP.
Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko addressed to the Qualification and disciplinary Commission of public prosecutors with a request to consider the dismissal of the head of the Special anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office of Nazar Golodnitsky.
He said this on his page in Facebook.
“In the framework of criminal proceedings, which is being investigated by a joint team of the GPU and the iabu obtained in the course of the investigation, the facts that properly declassified, the disciplinary Commission of prosecutors (MPC) with the signatures of the attorney General and the Director of the National anti-corruption Bureau (approx.ed.) today directed the disciplinary complaint made by the head of a Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors Nazar Holodnenkim misconduct. In its submission asked the MPC to consider the question of lifting of N. The holodnitsky from the post of Deputy Prosecutor General – head of SAP,” – wrote Lutsenko.

This was announced by Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko. Earlier also it was reported that Holodnitsky allegedly preparing to resign. “He said it in the team SAP”, – the interlocutor told Dnia.
According to TSN, the GPU, Golodnitsky today, March 30, in the morning summoned for questioning to the Prosecutor General, but he did not come.
