The company changed ownership structure.
Today, may 11, 2018, “1+1 media” announced a change of ownership structure. Now of 7.5% will be owned by the employees of the company.
“We are confident that “1+1 media” are primarily people who work in the company and embody the ideas, changing each of us. Nice that it understands not only the management group but the owners of the company”, − commented General Director of “1+1 media” Alexander Tkachenko.
