The growth of tariffs for public transport in the capital will help the city budget to invest in infrastructure improvements. It follows from the explanations of the assistant to the first Deputy Chairman of the KSCA for pricing Basil Yastrubinskogo.
“The tariff changes will allow the city authorities to reduce the amount of funds that go to cover the loss of transport enterprises, and guide them to the development of road transport infrastructure”, – he assured. According to him, together with the introduction of new tariffs for passengers will be offered a wide range of travel tickets, particularly in the metro will be tickets for 10 trips in 5 days (75 UAH), 14 trips in 7 days (104 UAH) and 30 trips 15 calendar days (UAH 210). This innovation concerns mainly tourists and city guests.
