The law on the anti-corruption court should be adopted in the wording which would satisfy the international structure.

Ukraine will not receive the resumption of the cooperation program with the International monetary Fund without the formation of an independent anti-corruption court. This is made clear to the IMF official Jerry rice.

In his words, the court is a basic requirement of creditors, but there are others. “Progress is needed on several issues. This also applies to the energy sector and fiscal policy, and the adoption of the law, which will allow you to establish a strong and independent anti-corruption court. The latter is critically important,” said rice. He explained that the IMF considers the court’s problem is solved only in the case of the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of the relevant law in the wording which will meet the obligations of Ukraine in the framework of cooperation, as well as the recommendations of the Venice Commission and the Council of Europe.
