The Ukrainian Ombudsman is calling for an independent examination of the convict and release him.

The Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for human rights, Lyudmila Denisova has appealed to the Ombudsman of the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova in connection with the receipt of information regarding the critical deterioration of the physical and mental health of citizen of Ukraine illegally detained in Russia, Stanislaus of Cliche.

About it reported in a press-service of the Ombudsman of Ukraine.

“Lyudmila Denisova has appealed to the Ombudsman of the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova with a request to contribute to an independent medical examination of the convict the Ukrainian and foreign doctors,” the message reads.

As noted, Denisova also encouraged to contribute to the urgent release of Klich on humanitarian grounds.

We will remind, on 19 may 2016 , the jury acknowledged Stanislaus Cliche guilty that he allegedly participated in the Chechen war on the side of the militants, the Ukrainian was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Klyh is serving a sentence in the Chelyabinsk region.

The case of Cliche fabricated by the Russian investigative Committee and it appears the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk. Lawyer Ilya Novikov released new details about, in his words, “this sordid history.” In it Russia officially declares that in ‘ 94 Yatsenyuk was nicknamed “fighter Arsen”, fought in Chechnya against Russian troops with Alexander Muzychko, known as Sasha White, and former head of the Lviv organization UNA-UNSO Andriy Shkil and, in fact, Lihom and Karpyuk, who was jailed for 22.5 years.
