The insurgents are changing tactics of military confrontation in the East of Ukraine.
Analytical Department OI “the Right Thing” published evidence that the militants of the so-called “LPR” has placed heavy armored vehicles in residential neighborhoods.

Reportedly, the equipment was placed in the urban-type settlement in Donetsk in Luhansk. According to the “Minsk agreements” in 2015 in the North-Western surroundings of the village there is the so-called line of demarcation.
