The Board NAK “Naftogaz Ukraine” will receive 45.6 million dollars prize money for the court from Gazprom for gas transit. This amount is 1% from 4.56 billion dollars of winnings in a Russian company.
The Supervisory Board of “Naftogaz” has already approved the bonus amount, writes “Economic truth” with reference to sources.
Already paid $ 20 million of premiums. Rest give, when “Gazprom”, according to the decision of the Stockholm arbitration, settle with the “Naftogaz”. The Russian company must pay of 2.56 billion dollars – the difference minus the amount that needs to return “to Gazprom” “Naftogaz”. The Russian company refuses to comply with this decision and expressed the intention to terminate contractual relations with “Naftogaz”. She also appealed to the court of all decisions of the Stockholm arbitration.
