In Ukraine increased salary. In which sectors and regions the highest average fee

The increase for the month was 1.2%.

By the end of April 2018, the average nominal salary in Ukraine increased to 8480 UAH. This is 2.3 times more than the minimum wage (UAH 3723).

In comparison with March, the index increased by 1.2%, while compared to April 2017 27.3%. Such data are cited by the State statistics service.

The highest wages are traditionally in Kiev, the average figure was in April 13150 UAH. In Chernivtsi region salary less than half of the capital – 6394 UAH, the lowest rate in Ukraine among the regions.

The highest salaries are paid workers of such industries: manufacture of basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical preparations – 17356 UAH; information and telecommunications – 15713 UAH; financial and insurance activities – 15596 UAH; manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products – UAH 12049; mining and quarrying – UAH 12704; professional, scientific and technical activities – 11397 UAH; public administration and defense, compulsory social insurance – UAH 11265; metallurgical production and production of finished metal products, except machinery and equipment – 10589 UAH.
