The Brody district court, Lviv region has sentenced 34-year-old entrepreneur, who hid in their Declaration, real estate, and therefore received the housing subsidy and social assistance for low-income families.

Reports a press about it-service of Prosecutor’s office in Lviv region.

Last year a woman was twice submitted to the district office of labor and social protection of the assignment of social benefits, however, in the Declaration of income and property as she hid the purchase of commercial space cost of 75 thousand UAH. For such a violation to the state budget caused damage amounting to almost 40 thousand UAH.

During the trial the accused admitted his guilt and repented.

Received a grant and social assistance, the woman returned to the state budget, therefore the court considering this fact, the woman was fined 1 thousand UAH.

Recall that in Ukraine has decreased the number of recipients of grants and their size. It was also reported that the grants will be grant money.

In March of this year officials have offered to monetize travel benefits. That is money that local authorities were distributed among the carriers who believed is almost “word”, will be targeted to beneficiaries. That’s just the amounts are different, depending on region.
