Ukrainian on hunger strike for 96 days.
Verkhovna Rada Commissioner on human rights Lyudmila Denisova demands from Russia to urgently provide access of the Ukrainian political prisoner Vladimir Baloga that jail in anacoana Crimea declared transition to a dry hunger strike.
This is stated in the statement of the Ukrainian Ombudsman.

Denisova notes that Baluch starves the 96th day, and advocates argue that his condition is critical and life is under threat. In addition, the Ukrainian complained of provocation from the administration of the Simferopol SIZO.
Ukrainian Ombudsman appealed to the International Committee of the red cross branch which is in the Crimea, with the request to visit Mr Baluja and to provide him with adequate medical care.
