The Ukrainian Ombudsman is still not allowed to prisoners of the Kremlin.

Verkhovna Rada Commissioner on human rights Lyudmila Denisova wrote a letter to the head of the presidential Administration of Russia of non-compliance with guarantees, which were provided by the leader of the state relatively unrestricted access to political prisoners.
