In Kyiv for the manipulation of drugs appeared in court warehouseman and nurses at children’s hospital “OKHMATDYT“.
The Kiev Prosecutor’s office filed indictments against the workers in the hospital “OKHMATDYT”, which was accused of organizing a criminal scheme for the assignment of medicines.
According to law enforcement bodies, the head of chemist warehouse hospitals in the period from 2012 to 2015 by abuse of his official position year appropriated drugs under the pretext of issuing them to the hospital for a total of about 3 million UAH.

Actions accused are qualified on signs of the criminal offense under article “Assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position”.
“The three senior nurses in the hospital will be sued for improper performance of their duties, which resulted in the loss medical drugs intended for treatment of sick children, totaling more than 3 million 500 thousand UAH”, – stated in the message of Prosecutor’s office.
Also completed an investigation against four senior nurses of the hospital “OKHMATDYT” on the facts of committing the same crimes under article “negligence”. Now there is a suspected acquaintance with materials of criminal proceedings, after which indictments will also send to the court.
