Poroshenko called for respect for ideas and principles, on which Ukraine

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko congratulated Ukraine on the Constitution Day.

The message was posted on his page in Facebook.

“History of domestic constitutionalism has been more than three centuries when, in 1710, the year the world saw one of the most progressive documents of its time – the “Pacts and Constitution of rights and liberties Zaporizhia army” of Pylyp Orlyk. And today the Ukrainian Constitution, as the successor of the ideas and principles incorporated in the document of the famous Hetman, is one of the most democratic Fundamental Laws in the world,” – said in greeting.
