Only 10 people out of 136 deputies voted for the BPP.
During the evening meeting of July 5, the Verkhovna Rada first passed the law without the participation of the largest of the faction “Block of Petro Poroshenko”.
For the law on amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the provision of official publishing of laws and other normative legal acts of the 240 deputies voted, reported on the official website of the Parliament.

For the law voted only 10 members of the PPB, among them, Sergei Leshchenko, Mustafa Nayem and Svetlana Zalishchuk, who no longer vote in accordance with the position of the faction, but can’t leave due to the fact that were elected on party lists and in the case of BPP will lose mandates.
For the law almost entirely voted by the faction “people’s front”, “Fatherland”, “Opposition bloc”, “Samopomich”, “Radical party of Oleh Liashko” and the group “will of the people” and “Renaissance”.

After the vote, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy called a meeting of heads of factions. After that, he closed the meeting, and the head of the “Radical party” Oleg Lyashko said that to negotiate with the leaders of the factions failed, but in the country it becomes obvious political crisis. Lyashko accused the President of Petro Poroshenko in an attempt to usurp power and urged the President to make a new view, 13 members of the CEC.
