The Czech company Sweetondale purchased from the Russian “TekhnoNikol” three plant materials is one of the production of mineral insulation in Cherkasy and two for the production of polymer insulation and polymer-bitumen materials in Kamenka, Dnipropetrovsk region.

The new investor plans to invest 3.5 million euros in the modernization of Cherkasy “Plant “Techno”. This was announced by Executive Director Sweetondale Tihomir, Lalovic, writes “Interfax-Ukraine”.

“In the near future planned investment of approximately € 3.5 million (“the Plant “Techno” in Cherkassy). Special emphasis will be placed on improving product quality and increasing production. Until the end of 2018 it is planned to increase production to 1.5 million cubic meters of mineral insulation”, – said Lalovic.

To date, the company’s share on the Ukrainian market of mineral insulation was 41%. The investment will allow to increase production by 10-15%. The total market in 2017 amounted to 215 thousand tons of mineral insulation, in 2018 it will increase to 230 thousand tonnes. Prices on mineral wool for the year increased by 5-7%.

LLC “Plant of “Techno” was founded in 2007. According to the state register of legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs, 99% of the company belongs to a commercial society “Sweetangel TSZ S. G. O” (Czech Republic). The ultimate beneficiary is Gary Alan stern.
