The court of Spain authorized the extradition of MP Oleksandr onyschenko of Ukraine.

About the MP said in an interview Strenia.

“The court decided on extradition, but the last word for the Spanish government,” he said.

According to Onishchenko, even if the Spanish government decides to extradite it to Ukraine, this will not happen until Madrid did not render a decision on granting him political asylum.

“This is a separate process. In parallel, the lawyers will file a complaint with the constitutional court of Spain,” – said the Deputy.
