Debt “Kyivenergo” should pay “Kyivenergo” and not someone else. The commercial court has not allowed the company of Rinat Akhmetov to shift the obligation to “Naftogaz of Ukraine” public utility company “Kievteploenergo”, says the story TSN.19:30.
