The easiest way to manage the corporate business in Ireland.
Ukraine took the sixth place in the ranking of countries for ease of doing corporate business, published by TMF Group.
It is reported Ain.ua citing data from the rating.
The best countries with the most simple jurisdictions for large businesses were Ireland, Denmark, Curacao, Honduras and Nicaragua. Also in the top 10, apart from Ukraine, entered Luxembourg, Morocco, Hungary and Paraguay.
Countries with the most difficult conditions for corporate business was the UAE, Qatar, China, Argentina, Malaysia, Lebanon, Brazil, Vietnam, Poland and Uruguay
The rating was compiled based on the 52 criteria as the complexity of discovery in a particular country, the requirements for local language, the difficulty in achieving local and international transparency, and reporting requirements.
We will remind, Ukraine has risen seven positions in the innovation rankings Global Innovation Index 2018, taking 43rd place. In the top three – Switzerland, the Netherlands and Sweden.
