According to him, the accident rate of the heating systems in the capital is 80% and for timely and effective elimination of accidents it is necessary to purchase machinery and equipment not enough funding.
Recall, 27 April 2018, the agreement with the Kyiv city state administration, company “Kyivenergo” Rinat Akhmetov concluded. All powers transferred to the Metropolitan municipal enterprise “Kievteploenergo”, but together with them – all the debts of the predecessors. “Naftogaz” refused to provide “Kievteploenergo” gasuntil I get all the debts “Kyivenergo”. Because of this, the capital has created a complex situation with hot water.
On 20 July the court ruled in the case regarding the debt of “Kyivenergo” for gas. So, it is not permitted, the company of Rinat Akhmetov to shift obligations to “Naftogaz of Ukraine” public utility company “Kievteploenergo”. To pay should the company, not the city budget.
