Representatives of the companies believe that the implementation of the EU requirements, guarantees energy security and economic prosperity of Ukraine.
The Supervisory boards of the companies “Naftogaz Ukraine” and “gas pipelines of Ukraine” have agreed, as there will be a full and transparent separation of functions of the operator of the gas transport system.
This was reported on the website of “Naftogaz”.
In accordance with the agreed document, the process of separating the functions of the operator GTS will complete in early 2020 after the end of the contract for the transit of gas with Russian “Gazprom”.
