Changes are related to the entry into force of the law “On foreign currency and foreign currency transactions.”

The national Bank of Ukraine has amended the Rules of storage, protection, use and disclosure of Bank secrecy.

“The amended Rules will allow banks to provide information that contains banking secrecy, the implementation of currency control. Including in case of introduction of control measures in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On currency and exchange operations”, – stated in the message.

It is noted that the document was in accordance with articles 60 and 62 of the law “On banks and banking activities”. There were new words and phrases: “monetary supervision”, “measures of protection” and the like.
