The Prime Minister requests the Commission not to delay the election in GSS.
Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman urged the Central election Commission to call an election in the territorial community. According to the head of the government, is now conducting a vote under threat, according to a story TSN.19:30.
The vote in hundreds of communities would take place in late October, but the Prime Minister said that because of the actions of the CEC it was under threat. By law, the decision on the election Commission should take until August 17, however, the CEC 9 August, asked for legislative clarification of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on legal policy and justice. The people’s deputies now on leave, but without their conclusions, the Commission refused to appoint date of elections.

The government are convinced that the decision of the Central election Commission may adopt and without consultation with parliamentarians. But the possible disruption of the vote, according to Groisman, will cause a serious blow to one of the most successful reforms in the country. The CEC statement of the Prime Minister has not yet commented on.
