Diplomat ironically reacted to the official explanations of Vienna for this reason.

The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin commented on the explanation of the Austrian colleagues regarding the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the country. His remark he left in the microblogging service Twitter.
