The very same trial for the third time in a row did not take place due to the absence of one judge, the reasons for the absence which is not explained. The Pukach case postponed for two and a half months. His lawyers asked to replace the life sentence to 15 years in prison. “Being prepared for the consideration of the appeal on the merits. As you can see, there are organizational reasons which we now do not allow you to start the process,” – commented on the events, the Prosecutor of the GPU Sergey Yarmolenko.
