Candidate Avakov: what is known about the most likely contender for the post of head of Netpolice
The Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov made the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman candidacy of Sergei Knyazev for the appointment of the head of the National police of Ukraine.
