Biryukov called Saakashvili a clown in “the circus” in Sumy
Presidential adviser Yuri Biryukov called the former head of the Odessa regional state administration Mikhail Saakashvili is a clown.
About this he wrote on his page in Facebook.
In particular, he added the screenshots from the page of Saakashvili, where he talks about his performance in “the deserted city of Romney”.

This message and said Biryukov.
“”Devastated the city of Romney” the circus was the clown. The city is in ruins, devastated and destroyed,” – wrote Biryukov.
In addition, he noted that the city has a factory that makes shoes for the army.
“In this ravaged city are the ruins of the factory Talan, which makes shoes for the army. The factory employs 1,400 people, the average (!) Salary 8500 UAH, in the local (!) Budget lists 30 million. Devastation, ruin, desolation … and the clown,” – said Biryukov.
Recall, November 7, Saakashvili announced his resignation. He stressed that President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko does not adhere to their promises and the presidential Administration is promoting in place of heads of district administrations of the old corrupt. On November 11 he gathered in Kiev a press-conference and announced the creation of his party.
