SBU sent to the court indictment against Edward Polyakov, who was the “Advisor on fuel and energy complex” the leader of the terrorists Alexander Zakharchenko.

In particular, the Poles charged under part 1 article 258-3 (creation of terrorist organizations) that have committed acts aimed at organizational and financial support to the functioning of the terrorist organization “DNR”.
Recall, the Kyiv Appeal court on 8 February gave permission for the detention of the leader “DNR” Alexander Zakharchenko. Zakharchenko needs to hold to drive in court for consideration of the petition on application of preventive measure in the form of detention.
Zakharchenko suspected of involvement in the activities of the terrorist organization “Donetsk people’s Republic”.
