EU high representative for the common foreign and security policy Federica Mogherini said that EU sanctions against Russia will remain until the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
She said this during a debate at the security conference in Munich, Germany.

“For us, important is full implementation of the Minsk agreements. As you know by now imposed sanctions against Russia, and they are clearly linked to the full implementation of the Minsk agreements”, — said Mogherini.
At the same time, she noted, and the position of the EU itself.
“The European Union’s position that these sanctions must remain (until the full implementation of Minsk)”, — said EU high representative.
“But the question is not the continuation of the sanctions and resolution of the conflict and full implementation of Minsk,” — said Mogerini.
