The United States will make every effort to stabilize the situation in the Donbas – Pens
The U.S. will continue to demand the implementation of the Minsk agreements by Russia and will continue to encourage her to answer. This was stated by Vice-President of the United States Michael Pence during a meeting with President of the European Council Donald Tusk, reports TASS.

Also, according to the American Vice-President, the United States urges the parties to the conflict in the Donbass adhere to the “silence mode”, which should occur on 20 February.
“We urge both sides to respect the ceasefire, which should come into force today in the interests of peace and protecting the lives of innocent people, and we pray for it,” he said.
