What goods can be transported to occupied Donbas and back. Full text of decree of Cabinet of Ministers
On the government portal was published Cabinet decision, which regulates the movement of goods from the occupied Donbas and in the opposite direction. The document, the Cabinet adopted on 1 March.
“It will allow to regulate in the legal field procedures and rules for the transport of goods, including humanitarian assistance, through the line of collision and within a buffer zone. The need for a decision due to the fact that the ATO area is the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, which is part of the temporarily uncontrolled territory. According to the document, the process of monitoring the movement of goods will be brought to the public and volunteers,” – said in the explanatory note to the resolution.
By a government decision, in particular, provides a definition of the legal regime of movement of goods, including humanitarian aid, and prohibits the movement of any goods other than foodstuffs, medicines as humanitarian aid and goods needed for the functioning of the enterprises of metallurgy, mining, and energy industries.
