NACP will pull into the court of the state enterprise “USS” because of a failure of registry e-declarations
NACP is going to sue the state enterprise “Ukrainian special systems” for poor performance of duties of the system administrator of system of electronic declarations.
This was stated by the head of the National Agency for prevention of corruption Natalia Korchak, writes “Interfax-Ukraine”.
“We will sue the system administrator to apply to them the penalties associated with failures in the functioning of the system of electronic Declaration, and in court we’ll see”, she said.
According to Korczak, during the trial you can see if from the SE “USS” used all means to ensure the system of e-Declaration.
Separately, the head of the NACP noticed that he was going to file a lawsuit on April 3-4.
We will remind, on March 27, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed amendments to the law on electronic Declaration.
In connection with the new edits, representatives of public associations are obliged to submit reports on their incomes, but soldiers from this need should be free.
On the eve of the deadline, April 1, when should be registered with all the electronic declarations of officials, the system again failed.
During a meeting of the Cabinet Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman urged the head of the NACP Natalia Korchak and other members of the Agency to resign. In turn, Korczak declared that is not going to resign, but asked the Prime Minister, “for his cadence, for 1 year of work on that is already established, has the facilities, the quality of our Ukrainian people’s lives changed?“
Subsequently, the project Manager of the portal of state services iGov Dmitry Dubilet proposed to create a system for online filing of returns for 7 million UAH, however, according to him, after he unveiled his proposal to him none of the NACP is not addressed.
