Shokin did not appear at court on your own resume for the post of Prosecutor General
The court at the suit of the former General Prosecutor of Ukraine Victor Shokin today did not take place. Supreme administrative court case today not considered, since the plaintiff and his representatives at the meeting was not, says TSN.19:30.
The reason for their absence is unknown. Due to the absence of the plaintiff the court hearing was postponed to April 20.
Former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin asked the Supreme administrative court to declare illegal the decree of the President about his dismissal and the relevant resolution of the Verkhovna Rada. Because now says he decided to resign under pressure from the presidential Administration, and the statement do not write personally.
Recall, the current Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko, hearing about the intentions Shokin has declared that it will not hold position, but to leave her now is not going to, because it has a lot of unfinished business.
