The procedural Committee of the Verkhovna Rada will consider the performance of the GPU on the lifting of immunity of MPs
The Verkhovna Rada Committee on rules and organization of Parliament next week would consider the five representations of the Prosecutor General on the withdrawal of immunity, with the consideration of each submission provided for a separate meeting.
On the website of the Committee published five agendas of meetings, from 3 to 7 July, writes UKRINFORM.
For example, on 3 July, the procedural Committee will consider the submission, supported by and submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko on 21 June 2017 “On granting consent to criminal prosecution of people’s Deputy Yevhen Deydey S.”; on 4 July in respect of Oles Dovgiy; July 5 – Andrew Lozovoy. 6 Jul regulation Committee should consider two views of the GPU on the people’s Deputy Maxim Polyakov.
