Russian security forces released the former commander of the battalion “Kerch” militants “DNR” Vadim Pogodin, who is suspected of killing 16-year resident of Kramatorsk Stepan Chubenko.

We will remind, 16-year-old Stepan Chubenko has gone missing on 23 July 2014 at the railway station in Donetsk, once came to Kiev on the way to Kramatorsk. Only 6 Oct was found the body of Stephen, which recognized the mother.
Pre-trial investigation established that on 28 July 2014, three residents of Donetsk region in the village Gorbachevo-Mikhaylovka Proletarsky district of Donetsk, firearms killed a young man. Was named the suspects in the murder – Yuri Moskalev, Maxim and Vadim Sukhomlinov Pogodin.
Pogodin was detained on June 20 at Yalta, the decision of the court arrested him for 40 days. The Russian authorities in accordance with agreements with Interpol, launched the process of preparation for the extradition of militants in Ukraine, where he faces life imprisonment.
On 21 July the Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine appealed to the Prosecutor’s office of the Russian Federation with the request for the extradition of militant “DNR” Vadim Pogodin, who organized the murder of a 16-year-old schoolboy Stepan Chubenko.
