Police identified the mother, who left a stroller with a little boy on the street in the Podil district of Kiev.
This broadcast “112 Ukraine” said the head of the criminal police for children’s Affairs of the Podolsk district of the capital Konstantin Kuzmin.
“Yesterday we received a message from the concerned citizens of Kiev, who provided us the personal data of the mother who left the child. Further checks,” said the official.
