Poroshenko urged the BPP to support the bill reintegration to prevent escalation in the Donbas
President Petro Poroshenko urged a faction of the BPP in Parliament to vote for the bill on the reintegration of Donbass.
This was stated by President’s representative in Parliament Iryna Lutsenko after the meeting of the factions, UKRINFORM reported.
“The President, who came to us (at the meeting of the faction) with gray hair, because every death fell on his head … called to vote for the bill. Most importantly – if we don’t vote, will start a very serious escalation,” said she.
Lutsenko urged MPs not to be irresponsible to vote, she asked them “not to throw the country into war, irresponsible not by clicking on the green button”.

“And this second law is the only condition of the Minsk agreements, which was put forward and was able to negotiate (the US special envoy Kurt) Walker (assistant to the President of Russia) Surkov that at least prolong for a year the order of the local government. The document proposes temporarily, for a period ending one year from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On creation of necessary conditions for peaceful settlement of the situation in certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions”, enter the special order of local government in certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
While in the Opposition bloc criticized the bill. Yuriy Boyko called it that will separate the Donbass from Ukraine, so the party promised to vote against the document.
