Earlier, the special representative of Ukraine for humanitarian Affairs, the godfather of Russian President Vladimir Putin Viktor Medvedchuk said that the process of exchange of hostages between Ukraine and ORDA will be held in two stages. According to him, after the first stage of the exchange will take place on the second, the results of which Ukraine needs to give 80 people, and the terrorists – 20 Ukrainian hostages.
