The Parliament has simplified the taxation of Ukrainian electric
Verkhovna Rada abolished the value added tax for electric vehiclesmanufactured in Ukraine.
About it reports “Interfax”.
Notes that will be canceled and the excise tax on electric vehicles. However, these benefits will be temporary.

It is also noted that the Parliament has been deprived of VAT exemptions taxi service on electric cars, as well as hire, rental or leasing electric cars. All this is recorded in the bill of the Tax code of Ukraine concerning balancing of budget revenues in 2018.
The law comes into force next year.

Recall, the Verkhovna Rada adopted amendments to the Tax code, which freed drivers from tax and excise tax on transactions for import into Ukraine of cars, equipped with only a motor.
