The head of OSCE said that the Minsk agreements are not performed correctly
“Norman format” and other negotiation platform needs to return the situation around the conflict in the Donbas to the correct implementation of the Minsk agreements. This was stated by the head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Italy Angelino Alfano, who is currently the acting head of the OSCE, UNIAN reports.
His statement, the Italian has done in Kiev after the meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Pavel Klimkin. Alfano noted that the solution to the problem in the Donbas is important for Italy. “It is very hard for your country’s time, we want to lend a helping hand, we want to provide active, constructive assistance and to Express our position. We clearly understand that you have to implement the Minsk agreements, and we can’t look at the current situation and consider it normal. And we also hope that the Normandy format, and in other negotiations, which are, after all, we can return to the correct implementation of the Minsk arrangements and situation”, – said the Chairman of the OSCE.
