Saakashvili wants to sue the interior Ministry, border guards and GMS
Expelled from Ukraine by the leader of the “Movement of new forces”, the ex-Chairman of the Odessa regional state administration Mikheil Saakashvili filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of internal Affairs, State migration service and state border service.
About it reports a press-service of the District administrative court of Kiev.

“The plaintiff asked the court to recognize the illegal actions of the relevant structures of GMS, GPS and the interior Ministry on 12 February 2018, concerning the implementation of the decision to return Mikheil Saakashvili to the country of previous residence,” the statement reads.
He also asks the court to order immigration to cancel the decision on his return to Poland.

We will remind, on Monday, February 12, in Kiev, near the restaurant “Suluguni” in Museum street detained the leader of “the Movement of new forces” of Mikheil Saakashvili. In the State border service stressed that the politician violated the migration legislation of Ukraine and will be deported to country of previous stay. Eventually Saakashvili was brought to Poland.
